It was established 01/01/1992 with the initiation of a group of educated likeminded educated social workers with an aim to promote the Socio-Economic & cultural status of the rural poor and vulnerable women children trough consignation, consignation capacity building institution building, capital formation and Training imparting felt need based problem solving programs by adopting modern scientific technologies.
